| • | Please honestly fill out the Health Symptoms Questionnaire every day, before taking breakfast. | ||||||||
| • | Self discipline must be practiced at all times. | ||||||||
| • | No companion allowed inside the facility. |
WHEN INSIDE CTSI
Please don’t forget to:
| • | Replace your face mask as needed. |
| • | Observe physical distancing at all times |
| • | Wash your hands often; use alcohol-based sanitizers. |
| • | Wait for the driver’s cue before getting off the bus |
| • | Use your own bottle of water/tumbler when drinking |
| • | Bring your own utensils and cover all |
| • | Use a fresh coverall every day. Laundry service is available onsite for a minimal fee. |
TRANSPORTATION
We will provide shuttle service from our Head Office in Pasay to Cavite. Those who wish to avail of this service must notify our Registration Department 2 days prior schedule training for seat reservation
We highly encourage those who have their own vehicle to go directly to our facilities. Free parking spaces are available in Bunga and Capipisa.
